since the update of halo reach on master chief collection, unable to launch the game, it crashes when loading the menu, what should I do ??
You may have to do the dreaded uninstall and reinstall… But I would just try a hard reset first and if that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall.

Try using a different profile for the time being until 343 get their act together. Lots of us having this issue now.
