Later this afternoon, our team will be deploying changes to the Halo Public API to add support for Halo Wars 2! Existing Operations will be renamed to indicate which title they are for (Halo 5 or Halo 5 PC). New Operations will be added to support Halo Wars 2. Consumers of the API may experience some brief instability or unavailability during the deployment window. We will do our best to minimize the duration of this window and we will update this post when the deployment is complete.

Our team has successfully completed the necessary updates to add support for Halo Wars 2 to the Halo Public API. There are now new Metadata and Stats Operations available for Halo Wars 2! All Operations now indicate which title they are for. The Changelog has been moved from a sticky post in this forum to the documentation in the portal. Please let us know if there appear to be any issues after these updates. Thank you for your patience during this rollout.

Just had a quick look on my commute to work but I don’t see anywhere we can get a top-down view of the map or the map outline? I know it wasn’t possible for Halo 5 but was wondering if there’s any way we could have one for Wars? Saves having to go into the game and make my own from the minimap 
Also, any plans for another hackathon??
Yea same, I literally just came to forums to ask for support and this is great :). I will see if I can get it supported in Halo-API this week

Only had time to do Bedrock for tonight, but I’ll be working on getting the other map outline.

I wonder if there’s any way to grab them from the PC files? I know the windows store is pretty tightly locked down though…
