Hi, my name is Manny, my gamertag is Hypermau, and im a hardcore Halo fan/completionist, have been since day one. As a fan I speak for myself and all true halo fans when I ask you the following: Will the hidden terminal videos be located on the disc (hardcopy) within the campaign for seamless access and transition from campaign to video and back to campaign without interruption, as they were setup in Combat Evolved Anniversary? please please please 1000x, I ask you as a favor to all of us, in The Masterchief collection, can you include the 10 terminals from Combat evolved anniversary, plus the one halo 2 related secret 11th terminal on waypoint related to combat evolved anniversary, along with all the Halo 4 terminals and the upcoming Halo 2 Anniversary terminals on the disc. It was perfect in Halo CEA. as we played the campaign, we were able to seamlessly activate and watch without interruption or delay, the story terminals (10 in all) during our campaign as we found them. this was the way we loved it, and we need for this to again be the case. Halo 4 was a nightmare for us fans. Halo 4 terminals were in our game, but the video itself was not, a true disappointment, and still to this day one of my biggest problems with the game. Waypoint is nice and all for stat checking and news info, but PLEASE, for all us fans, THE TERMINALS BELONG ON THE DISC, IN-GAME per game. When playing halo 4, we had to unlock the terminal, then go out of our way and to much annoyance, SEVERE ANNOYANCE, we had to exit our game/campaign and go into waypoint to see the terminals wich are supposed to be ours in the first place. When you give someone a gift you give it to them in their hands, not keep it at your house. The Terminals belong as they were in CEA on the disc during the campaign. NOT WAYPOINT. I understand this is a way for Microsoft to gain leverage to force gamers to get xbox live gold and waypoint access, but this isn’t the way to do it, the place or the time. PLEASE, SEE TO IT THAT THE TERMINALS ARE IN-GAME, and stored in a Menu as they were in CEA. I cannot stress this point anymore. Thank you for your understanding, sincerely EVERY SINGLE HALO FAN. 
Just a quick clarification if it was unclear or too long a post: The whole question/request is simply to have the terminals in the game itself and not having to rely on halo waypoint or the internet to see the videos. To basically have them integrated into and during your campaign. As soon as you find a terminal it would immediately play on the spot “in-game” as it did in CEA, instead of having to unlock and view it on waypoint, saving you time and annoyance from having to exit your game to go into waypoint. I hope this makes more sense to some of you.
I thought that when they showed off the main menu for the MCC it had a spot on screen for terminals
Pretty sure there isn’t a Halo Waypoint app on the Xbox One, so Terminal vids will probably stream directly from the game.

I never bothered watching Halo 4’s terminals but objectively speaking I would have quite liked to do so.
I just don’t want to be pushed to Waypoint.

Unfortunately they will be stream-only, which I’m pretty disappointed with. In rural Australia where it would be faster to fly to 343i HQ and get a copy of the terminals on USB than it would be to stream it (every damn time I feel like watching it), this isn’t a very nice feature. With 50gb available on the disc I’d assume there’s room to add some terminal videos…

for the justified support. I would like this to reach the ears of 343 and make a difference as much as possible. I have nothing against waypoint, but more and more control and content is being taken away from us (the gamers) and placed into their control. I say to 343 and microsoft, thank you for halo, thank you for the fan service, BUT if you wanna really make us happy as we deserve, after all they owe us, the fanbase, this favor. Place more content on the disc, at our control, at our leisure. We need at least to pressure them to place the terminals on the disc, and they can have them on waypoint aswell, but they MUST be on disc…and place the spartan ops. On the disc as well. Too much content depends on waypoint and online» what if the online service is having trouble, then what? No waypoint? No spartan ops? No terminals? When we buy a game its ours, our game, our campaign, our spartan ops, our terminals, to play and watch when we want, how we want, where we want. Not when and how the game developer wants. We ask you this 343, as you asked us fans to trust you with bungie’s universe that we love, now i ask you to return the favor and give us our content on our disc at our control. We will still use waypoint for news, stats, and other halo related stuff, like ur online encyclopedia. Thank you for understanding. Game on
343i was putting a bunch of emphasis on convienience and one disc when it came to The Master Chief Collection. Having the Terminals on Waypoint seems totally unconventional and a step backwards. It’d be cool if they were streamable FROM THE MENU
For example:
Under the extras tab, they have all of the terminals in a terminals sub-menu, in which once one is clicked, they stream that terminal video.

Geez… Paragraphs, please! But yes, I wish they would have put the terminals on-disk, but unfortunately, it has already been announced that they won’t be.
I don’t really mind if the terminals have to be accessed through internet, but if there are people who cannot access internet then I would suggest 343i to include the cinematics on-disc for their sake.
yes I loved how they did the HCEA terminals, and I don’t want to have to go to Halo waypoint to view the terminals
Even if they announced that the terminals will be on halo waypoint, there is still lots of time for them to simply put them on the blu-ray along with the other options. We can’t allow Microsoft and 343 to get away with stuff like this because its just a way for them to piss people off and force the ones who don’t have gold or waypoint to get it. Its a real shameful move on their part. Terminals belong with the game upon purchase. Waypoint should be an extra accessory, not a “forced-down-your-throat” application.
