My account Neartheriver was permanently banned on Halo: Reach. I was banned for having a happy face as my service tag ( 
). I need help with getting it unbanned. I was banned on 12/23/2013 which is when I last played on the account. So I was wondering if I could get help on this issue, it would be very helpful for me. Thank you.
Sorry, but all bans are permanent and irreversible. TO get that service tag you have to have modded your account, since it is impossible to have punctuation marks (in this case you have a : in the service tag). Any kind of modding an account is against Xbox Live’s Terms of Service. Seems you’re out of luck and will have to stick with whatever account you’ve been using since.
