Dear 343i, I joined the HCFP a long time ago. At the time my gt was HN Deadshot. A bit after I changed my GT to ll Deadshot lI but made HN Deadshot into an alt account (so no one from my previous clan could take the name) Well that account had a security issue that I could not fix. Just yesterday I finally fixed that account.
So I go to Halo 5 on it to see how it was and to my suprise (not a good one) I finally had the HCFP pack on that account instead of my current account. Could you guys please fix this?

EDIT: Yes, yes I know you can get banned for using more than one account in the forums but I want you guys to know that I am not bluffing and that I really care about this situation.

You might want to give MS support a call… I changed my GT about a year ago and had problems with achievements showing up. The ms tech fixed it.

See but it is the same account, just a new GT.
So I don’t think it will let me sign up again with the same account.

Ah, mis-interpreted that. I think packs are still sent out periodically so there’s a chance you might get it again
