i have gotten mercy not exaggerating 50 % of the time when i go into play slayer lately (past 3-5 days)
343 FIX THIS STUPIDITY and bring BALANCE to game selection and/or voting like MCC
aside from mercy being a wretched map due to the whole thing being the exact same color as the red team armor (if you’re not the red team you have to use x ray vision to see where your enemy is), the fact that i got ANY map 5 out of my past 10 games is absolutely awful, even if it was my FAVORITE map.
i swear if i did not LOVE halo i would drop this game and 343 - there are just SO many bad / broken things about it all of which are FIXABLE !
STOP matching people on incompatible connections and servers - this makes for AWFUL IMBALANCED gameplay w/ laughable shot registration
STOP making stupid updates that cause the MECHANICS of the game to play differently causing a loss of muscle memory and a relearning process
FIX the horrible servers in general to alllow for quality connections to simulate LAN like gameplay - dedicated servers were supposed to IMPROVE on the host based system NOT make it worse !
REMOVE GOD FORSAKEN SPARTAN CHARGE
and the biggie - BRING BACK LAN ABILITY FOR H6 YOU MORONS
LOL that voting brings balance to the game… I get way better variety now than ever before without voting or vetoing. I find you get a good mix by staying in lobbies instead of backing out are restarting searches.
Unfortunately H5 has a pretty low population so games have to be made by who is available which won’t be the best match ups all the time.
Stop with the updates? Really? They should stop trying to improve the game?
Can agree here the servers don’t seem to be the most stable.
Can agree here especially in ranked play. I think you shouldn’t be able to Spartan charge while being shot or taking damage.
Bring back lan… . I don’t know I guess. That is probably something you have to ask Microsoft not 343.
emberciz you have no clue what you’re saying and you’re just totally incorrect. and no i won’t calm down b/c this stuff bothers me and it’s all FIXABLE - 343 just does not listen to anyone !
i said there’s a need for balance and/or voting to clear up the lack thereof - i did not say voting brings balance
once again i did not say all updates are bad - i am all for GOOD updates but not those that change the game FEEL negatively
glad to hear at least you get balanced games idk what the issue is with me then
moving away from a host based system to dedicated servers should be a move in the right direction instead of making things just as messy if not more complicated.
as long as you did not have a cheater as host you’d have pretty solid gameplay
now i go 1 match = perfect kill in 4, 5, or 7 shots
next match = perfect kills take a full clip or guy with no shields eats a full clip and i die
next match = playable but frustrating
next match = amazing again

I feel your pain with a lot of these issues it’s been very hard to play lately and I might done with H5 from now on
