No, sadly I can’t imagine it. I close my eyes and I see how he died on Reach. You can’t think about Noble 6 fighting with master chief.
But there is nothing that says Jun died. Maybe he is still alive. Always behind Master Chief helping him to survive with his sniper. That would explain why every spartan died and John no.
It would be cool, in theory. If it actually happened… well, I can’t really imagine playing through the Halo series with a Master Chief sidekick. Interesting idea though.
