Imagine if 343I just listened to their fan base

Im not going to specifics because halo infinite has had so many problems it was hard to ignore them even when I gave the game a long break.

Questions and feedback have always been asked before and after the games release and I just can’t get my head around that fact that they just dont acknowledge anything.

Obviously most bugs and glitches have been sorted out. But thats standard and expected.

One thing I will say for example is the ranking system. It’s too slow. It’s been adressed as too slow buy the fan base more than a number of occasions. Still slow no change.

How ever if it was fast then the fan base would of completed the the season pass on month 1 because of the lack of armour and even faster for those living off the free armours.

I can, and from what has been said that 343 said they weren’t making the game for the fans explains everything.

This is part of the reason many are being negative. 343 blew off Halo to make it into something it was never meant to be, that they don’t even know what they created. Now they are trying to hide from the backlash. The problem is, 343 has nowhere to go but face the fact that the fans were never the problem, and the original Bungie understood that.

The problem was (always 343) trying to make Halo into something it’s not. I mean they even attempted to blame the community for their own actions :man_facepalming:

It does. Sadly.

They’ve acknowledged heaps. Pretty much everything I would have thought.

You could argue semantics about their priorities. What they are addressing. And of course the time it is taking.

But I’m not sure you can complain about this per se.

Are you talking about the Battle Pass?

I wouldn’t say it’s too slow. People were finishing it in a matter of days to weeks. It’s supposed to be something to work on over a couple of months.

And they did change. You now get all that bonus XP for your first half a dozen games each day.

If you line up some good challenges and hit them up early in the day with a double XP you can move up four or five levels in a handful of games.

People were actually complaining it was going by too fast. I wasn’t even really trying and I did it inside six or seven weeks.

Which just means we need some sort of XP rank to reward those who want to keep grinding.
