Notice how they didn’t even mention cross core customization but announced new Armor cores too.
Delayed Co Op and they are gonna try and. Sell players cadet blue again

My personal opinion, we already don’t have it, so I’d rather have it come out working 100% and delay it than it release a broken mess.

Honestly the way 343 has been delivering, I don’t think it will ever be 100%.
Like I honestly believe Season 2 is going to bring a plethora of broken things. Reason being 343 admitted that the UI is so broken on a base level that messing with it creates a cascade of problems that take time to figure out what is the root cause.
So season 2 is going to expand the playlist UI which is likely to break a gamemode or two. And we all saw how long it took them just to fix BTB.
I fully expect them to extend Season 2 and not add new content. To fill those gaps. We will most likely get another time gated event.
Also the current events I noticed are just a theme with like one weekly and a daily bundle size worth of content. Or like half a daily and a full weekly.

I could image it being better then releasing it early before it’s ready and have everyone complaining about it not being ready to be released at least…

I can imagine them being completely lost on how to make open world co-op work so no surprise at the delay.
I’m actually hoping they give some details on how they’re planning on making the coop in this game work. Will all players be tethered together like previous games so that if you venture to far you’re teleported back? Are they planning on only doing 2 player coop or will they shoot for 4. Will everyone just be running around as Master Chief or can we use our Multiplayer Spartans if we’re not Player 1 since there are other Spartans in Single Player?
I’d say co-op shouldn’t be that big of a deal until it’s for sure working. Focus on the MP so your fanbase sticks around

Would it make you hate the game less of it was released buggy and broken?
The one thing you can trust 343’s word on is when they say something isn’t ready for release.
They mentioned that they would share more information on “customization options” in the april update, so I’m holding out hope

Even with the delays its gonne be a broken mess
Imagine having a competent company.
Seems to be really rear these days vs 20 years ago that smaller companies have done way better work. How is that knowing a billion dollar company has all the resources they ever needed?
343 is an embarrassment to triple a gaming companies, and they have been at this for over a decade

Hey now, you can’t expect too much with 6+ years of creation time, and multiple employee changes due to weird management snafus’ that are obviously not 343i’s fault. Come on now.

Man, I just want to play some couch co-op with some of my family members. The sting from Halo 5’s limitations are still there, but I’ll be holding out just a bit longer for this one to launch. Being disappointed was the norm for this game and now 343 is taking it to a whole new level.
Oh you know it. They already said everytime they touch the UI or potentially causes a Cascade affect of issues. This why BTB broke badly when they added more playlist.
So given that they will again be messing with the UI in many ways I do expect plenty of things to be broken such as challenges not counting or being written wrong. Aka win the match but it says play the match only.
Or just not getting progression towards the BP, or Two of the three gamemodes not working.

I’m hoping so too. Like honestly if they decide that the fracture cores will stay specific to them. Fine but at least make.thr in game cannon cores cross core. I already have ideas of how to mix and match the MK7 with the reach and that new head hunter type armor core.
We’re it so easy.

If current gen Ubisoft can figure it out for ghost recon, it shouldn’t be rocket science that only Einstein can have the knowledge to find the solution.
