Love how the elite looks, bit unsure about the Grunts… they don’t look very comical 
Overall, I think from what we have seen the art style is looking great.

100% agreed, that’s exactly what I was thinking. I’d much rather they just went back to the H3/Reach style of grunt, that was bang on the money for me.
Not so sure if I like the random claw coming from the inner ‘toe’ of the elite’s feet, nor the way he just looks like a space dino =s

I don’t hate the BR, but I’ve always preferred single shot weapons, I’m so glad they kept the DMR. Let’s see how that pistol works out though : D

but yeah, a little gears of war-ish, but it does look great. especially the chief…he looks so…dreamy…lolol
That Warhouse image is useful too, looking like a decent map.
I still think Wraparound is better aestheically personally.

Judging from the picture of the other Elite the claw might just be apart of the armour.

Everything looks great except for the grunts. I really like the look of the customised Spartan IV armor, too.
The grunts look seriously awful, though. They’ve lost all their cuteness and comical value and look way too much like wretches from GoW. I actually think the charm of the hopeless grunt was quite a considerable contributor to the fun of the campaigns. Watching a grunt flee and fumble knowing he looks like a foetus that was aborted one day too late takes a lot of the fun out of it. I just hope that they wear their trademark gas masks most of the time so I can try to forget about how they look underneath.
Also, is his gun painted? Did we already know that Halo might have custom gun colourisation? Doesn’t mean -Yoink- to me, it’s one of the few features they can steal from CoD that won’t do anything to spoil the gameplay.

well, they were always scaly little buggers looking at them in previous games.
idk what else they could have done with them, but they will still be epically helpless. (:
Now, I’m not one to be an Elite in Reach, or any of the Halo’s unless I’m playing Invasion.
But that Crimson Assassin Elite with the claw armor and the energy sword makes me want to burst into 343 and plead that they make playable elites JUST so I can get my hands on that deadly beauty of an alien, raptor-like assassin.
