Mind you, I am very, very new to Halo 5’s forging, I do have a few things understood. Anyways, I’m attempting to do a show-casing for my copperhead armor set, and I’m generaling curious if there’s a way to show your character during the intro cinematic? I’ve tried practically everything that I could figure out within the camera/ initial spawn, hell, even the respawn mechanics within the gamemode that I custom-tailored for the show-casing. Is there something that I’m missing? I’m wanting to do this sort of thing for a couple armor sets n’ such before I uninstall this game for good.
While I haven’t really played with this function there are intro cinematics. If I recall they’re under extras. They look like a film reel, and in their options you can toggle if you want a cinematic. Again, I have not played with this function, so I could be wrong, but I believe there’s the running start like in Breakout, and a start where everyone is standing around.
Assuming you’re only looking to “showcase” for screenshots their is an option under game modes called “Machinima mode”. Activating this allows you to lower your weapons, and enter free cam by using the D-pad.
