I'm Unclear about How to get the grunt funeral skull

I live in the Netherlands and I usually buy my games from this shop:

anyways it says that if I pre-order I will get the Master Chief avatar token but it doesn’t say anything about the extra grunt funeral skull… is it possible that if I type in the code for the MC helmet the skull will unlock as well?

Almost sure they will come in the same card with both codes writen on it or only one which unlocks them but can’t confirm, sorry…

I preordered at Game Stop and was told the code would be on my receipt when I picked it up.

Reach had two codes, because you got one extra for preordering, and different extras based on the flavor Reach you got.

This is an all or nothing deal, if you preorder you get both the skull and avatar armor, and if you don’t you don’t get anything.

I would guess one code will unlock both that being the case with CEA.
