I was banned for impersonating a guy mad at someone for not agreeing with 343 101% (one of the many people I’ve met). I guess it’s a fault on my part for not clarifying my sarcasm, but I thought me calling him “poo-poo head” would give away my not-so-seriousness…

I was banned too and freaked out but who better to ask why than josh holmes creative director of 343 and he tweeted me saying they were testing the ban hammer and not to worry its being sorted :slight_smile:

does that mean if I have a legit copy. ( I have the special edition) I can plug my xbox back into the internet and not get my xbxo or account banned?

From the sounds of things they’re “testing” their banning systems so you’ll be out for a bit but you’l get unbanned like some on the forum already have, preferably before if not on the release date. Just tell em you are banned.
