It’s just super choppy, super laggy and super unresponsive.
This is nothing like the beta was. After full release and initial patches this still isn’t fixed? I don’t see how its playable for anyone on PC. 1/10 matches I get are 60 fps, with the rest just being garbage.
It makes trying to move units almost impossible, making the strategy element of this RTS non-existent for me.
I’m just sticking to Skirmish for now; at least its smooth against bots.
If you haven’t already, try 1v1 battles. They are generally smooth, for me at least.
And after every Round it says goodbye. The only time it doesnt crash after a Round is in the Campaign…

That could work… I normally play the standard 2 v 2 blitz but getting a solid connection with 3 other people is probably rolling too many dice…
It’s a shame because I really like the team play in this game but I haven’t got much of a choice…

GG @Developers… they ruin their great game with great cinematics, atmosphere and story because of amateurish technical issues… WTF!
Its friday night, around 9.15pm (+8GMT), I’ve entered 3 games and so far 2 have failed coming up with a Network Error, lost connection.
This sucks and I would have thought with all the online games out there making a stable playable online experience with be the text book by now.
Join the club. This seems to be a reoccurring problem, and 343i and CA are aware of it. I hope they fix it soon though, I would love to play some Halo Wars 2 multiplayer…
All seems to be fixed now, I’ve not had a problem for days.
I never experience this. But that’s probably because when it could start to lag. The game just freezes and crashes completely. Not even a disconnect a complete crash. 343i makes great great games. But makes damn sure we can never play them.

Can you check your network settings? Is your NAT open or strict?
