343 I’m tired of -Yoinking!- getting banned from arena cause of -Yoinking!- connection lost this is my 3rd time getting banned for the same connection lost reason I’m banned for 8 -Yoinking!- hours… please answer

I am also being randomly disconnected from the game server. I have a wired connection and open NAT and 100 mbps download speed, wtf!? I have reset my modem countless times as well as the xbox and it still happens! Everything was fine until this firefight update! Please help!!!
