so today I opened a gold pack and saw the wraith armor. And your AME LOGGED ME OUT right as I got it.and now it’s not in my spartan customizable options… I’m really ticked right now so I would like to have it back. Thanks

If the pack opened to where you were actually able to see what was in it, then it’s most likely unlocked in your REQ’s, but just might take a bit to register.
Yeah, it will be there in a few minutes. I’ve had this happen before.

Pretty much this; check your reqs here on waypoint and maybe give your console a hard reset. If the item was in a pack you opened then it should show up.
