I'm stuck at SR70

I’m stuck at SR70, I have been playing Halo 4 online since November 11th and did not receive any emails, any xbox messages, no windows message. JUST NO CODES. Why is this a problem one month after I was supposed to get my code. I figured give it some time and they will straighten it out. But it has been a month and now I’m stuck at SR70 with no idea of when I will be able to continue ranking.

Unfortunately not everyone got their codes when they were suppose to.

Now, my fellow Spartan, you are screwed. You are probably going to have to wait until January in order to get the specializations.
