I guess the main reason for me buying the game - Halo 3 customs, means nothing. it’s nearing 2 months and we still can’t even play a buggy version of the COMPLETE game. Only a broken dysfunctional portion of it.

Not much we can do but continue to be patient.
I am sure it will get fixed in due time. I would be surprised if such a huge thing was not resolved. I am surprised it has not been included in any of the patches yet.

Its unfortunate yeah, but they definitely know about it, and it may not be as simple of a fix as we may think, so they might be waiting on fixing the matchmaking issues first before delving too deep into anything else.
