That “Halo Pee” statement you made was uncalled for but I forgive you. Everybody deserves a second chance.
I can kind of see that you are a new player that has not experienced Halo 3. I think you should at least give it a chance. Play it for an hour in a full custom game lobby and experience it. If you don’t like it then at least you tried. Maybe you can try out other games such as Battlefield 3. It is a very good game using a great engine and meets your needs as I have seen in your past posts.

Yea I know the thing about me is I didn’t start playing halo seriously until reach rolled around, I actually was a die hard gears of war player prior to that. Prior to that prior I owned a ps2 and played that not halo 2.
eh, I don’t agree with what you say a lot of times, but you make things interesting. Until you come into a thread, I can hear Riot from TDG when I read all the posts towards Halo 4 and 343. You like Halo 4, and in that sense I am very happy for you, but Halo 4 does not fit what a Halo game should be based on the success of its predecessors (for that reason Reach would be left out). If Halo further continues down the path it has started in Halo Reach, then there’s really no point in playing it when BF and CoD can make those types of games so much better. I know people say that’s like comparing apples to oranges, but the point is that Halo is no longer an apple, it’s becoming another orange, and the oranges you can buy from CoD and BF are just better oranges.
As I see it, Halo just needs to be Halo to be successful, it doesn’t need to be going through this identity crisis to find success.

It honestly just depends on what you want. I wouldn’t recommend Battlefield to you simply because I remember you posting that the reason you liked Halo was because of the the whole First shot doesn’t always win thing.
Your suggestions are all really imaginative, and I feel that if Halo was a class based shooter, all your suggestions would be accepted with open arms.

Well I enjoyed a really good glass of orange juice… it wasn’t really spicy, but it was kind of sour…
Anyways, I’ll leave it to the OP to explain what was going on to you through either PM or just a reply, it would be somewhat disrespectful of me to do it for him. Put simply, Just read through big topics regarding “competitive” and “casual” Halo and these names that pertain to this topic will pop up. After that, just connect the dots and you should be able to get a basic understanding of what’s going on here. I don’t want to get too specific because, like I said, it would be disrespectful of me to do it instead of the OP.

Ehhh… True, but I wouldn’t put it as he who shoots first gets kill like cod, since it really depends more on the environment and type of weapon your fire ring, rather than a who sees who first engine that cod has

Yeah, I can agree with that. Battlefield has all the customization of COD, with Vehicles and slightly slower kill times.
OT: Sammy, If you haven’t played Halo 3 yet, you can always play it on the 16th when it comes out for free.
