After seeing the avil legacy hunter’s cannon going to be added in the game, I was beyond surprised.
I’ve played all halo’s and always wished you can somehow tear the hunter’s cannon and use it (well, minus the tearing) now I mostly believe it’s a mounted weapon? but either way, I am so hyped up for that weapon. even if it’s just a bunch of reskins. I’ll putting all my hopes in that gun.

PLS 343 NEW ASSASSINATIONS
This makes no -Yoinking!- sense. We all know that hunters weapons are just fuel rod guns. We could have gotten a much better weapon like the sticky detonator or the brute shot. This is just as bad as 343s decision to put in phaeton helios instead of a falcon in the meomories of reach update.
Imagine a rapid-fire pool of radiance with like 50 rounds but with less power. That would be OP. That could be the Ultra Rare variant.

It only talks about the magnum but in the picture it shows the hunter canon.

They are two separate weapons. Especially the Halo 5 one. Can I shoot rapid fire seeking plasma rounds from the fuel rod? No, I can’t.

Always have to have a negative nelly huh? and no the Hunter cannon is fuel rod reskin.
A: it shoots rapid, heat-seeking plasmas.
B: it’s a charged shot that fires a massive AOE plasma cannon.
plus maybe we’ll get the classic halo 2/3 hunters where it’s just a big stream of plasma (Which I’ll bleeding love to see but doubt as it may lag the game)

It’s like 343 read my mind. I was playing Warzone the other day, tearing up some hunters, and thought how cool it would be to make a gun based on how the hunter fires it’s cannon. We had the fuel rod cannon already, but I thought about a modified fuel rod that would fire automatic rounds like the hunters can.
And now we will. 
Well that makes sense, the Hunter cannon dropped by hunters when you kill them and ones you can bust out of your reqs and is probably strong enough to take down Phaeton with ease. And I really love that new magnum and AR skin

I’m hyped for that but tell me that this photo isn’t the ODST pistol. Because it sure isn’t the Gunfighter magnum
