I was given the halo 4 map pass and early access to the specializations. It all worked perfectly for a while than it just disappeared. i have the map pack downloaded and it wont let me access it. and iv been working my way through the specializations. i just reached rank 70 and was going to move on to my next choice the pioneer,but there all gone. i earned that early access and i want it back. now i don’t know if this was on purpose or if it is a glitch but 343 had better get working on fixing it. if i knew how to file complaints directly i would have but its never that easy. come on 343 pull it together your better than this your professionals. i spent money to get these things and im not happy. i want this fixed ASAP.
If you have the War Games Map Pass, you still have access to the Crimson Map Pack. If you don’t have the War Games Map Pass and you had complementary access to the Crimson Map Pack, check out this FAQ. If you have early access to all Specializations but they aren’t appearing for you, try redownloading the content from your download history.

This. If she posted just once about the above issues, she would get so many questions and complaints she wouldn’t be able to do anything else.
