It could be, but look at the players gamertag who uses the target locator. I’m not going to post his name because it’s against the rules, but it seems likely this is from MCC

Closing this off as OP redacted the post and the video seems to have been removed from Youtube as well.

Worth noting that there are no active exploits available for the Xbox One, so modding it or any games is impossible until that barrier has been broken. If it had been broken, we would all know by now and MCC likely wouldn’t be a first target.
