I AM ANGRY I HATE 343 RIGHT NOWOH BOY, I’M SUPER HAPPY TODAY! Knowing I spent over 100$ USD on Halo 5 and seeing that the disc wont read now is amazing. Not only this, but to add insult to injury I decided to open my REQ packs through Waypoint before posting this and I got from the Daily Login pack an Urban Gauss Warthog and from the promo the Steaktacular and Auntie Dot emblems! I’m so happy that I won’t be able to use them! I have the disc inserted, and everything is working on my Xbox, but it still gives me the “Do you own this game or app?” Notification! Unbelievable!

Inb4 called stupid; Figured out why the problem started and the reset worked. My idiot brother keeps turning the Xbox off via the button with a quick press when he should hold the Xbox button on the controller and shut down from there. Thank you for the quick reply, and I guess I let my anger and frustration get to me. Sorry for the angry post.

Also in case you are new to Xbox one and Halo 5 they aren’t the most stable at all. The Xbox one needs a hard reset quite often with H5. I do one just about every time I play H5. Same goes with MCC.

Why do you hate 343 for your disk problem which you should make sure is clean and good? That’s why I buy digital. Um my only solution as bad as it is but it’s the only one is hard reset your console check the disk to see if it’s clean and not scratchy if that doesn’t work sorry mate but the only other thing to do is buy another copy digital or disk or don’t play halo .-.
