Okay so i just won 60% of my games and was top IN THE GAME for kills all the games and you know what rank i got… BRONZE 4 WHYYYYYY!!! I AM GOOD AT THIS GAME BUT IT STILL THINKS I SHOULD HAVE BAD TEAM MATES! thank you for listening to my rant time to clime.
You were probably matching very poor players on the opposite team in order for that to happen, man. It takes into account what your enemies ranks are. If you’re carrying your team and still losing to bad kids, no matter how great you are…you’ll get ranked lower.
On the brightside you should have a GRAND OL TIME ranking up through the divisions now! Haha!

Me and my team played 2 matches against a team of 2 unranked, 1 champion and 1 onyx which we beat both times.
We won most of the other games, but still got ranked in platinum, except for the one that always grabs the BR who got Diamond.
Not complaing, but it really seems like you have to try a lot harder to get to the higher ranks now, which is a good thing 
The ranking system takes into account your skill and the skill of your opponents to determine which league you will be put into, perhaps you were up against bad people?

Looking at your game history your qualifiers were in the bronze-silver bracket, and you lost games against bronze and silver players. Basically based on your past CSR and performance in these games, it determined this is where you fit, and based on your performance it was correct (high bronze - low silver). If you continue to win more times than lose you will move up in the ranks easy enough until you find a better fit, and next season will be better yet (in theory).
Don’t let the pre-season color your perception, the ranks were WAY off for most players, now it’s starting to balance out.
