YOU HAD ONE JOB 343, i had to get off near the very end of the “Gravemind” mission on legendary alone. I saved and quit so I could get some sleep for work tomorrow. The next day I got on and was SO ready to beat the mission just to find out that THE WHOLE SAVE FILE WAS A LIE AND I GAD TO RESTART THE FREAKEN MISSION!!! Do you know how irritating the very start of that mission is? I’m DONE 343, next time you release a halo game, TEST IT TO SEE IF IT WORKS!!! Oh btw, Halo 3 forge, yeah we can’t make custom games work properly since we can’t choose the gametypes before forging… Your almost as bad as dice at releasing games… I swear…

Yeah, I found that pretty early on that there is no such thing as “saving” in the campaign. Had to redo a few levels now.
I’ve stopped playing this on legendary until bug is fixed. It gets frustrating when that happens.
I’ve had this happen two times during my playthrough of the series, and the second time was on Gravemind for me too. Another weird bug I ran into was when saving and quitting right at the start of Two Betrayals. When I resumed the game I was instead sent to Keyes, but I still got the level completed medal for Two Betrayals.
I haven’t tried multiplayer yet, but I’ve heard about the problems. I understand this collection has a huge amount of content so it would be incredible it arrived completely free of bugs, but it’s funny how they didn’t catch these particular things while testing it.
hah. I played Halo 2 lvl 4 or 5 (can’t remember) with my bro on two xbox ones in the same room, got near the end and turned around, his xbox kinect saw me, signed me in, signed me out of my game - then exited his game because the party disbanded. We gotta do that again! I can’t believe the default option for kinect sign in is “proceed with sign in even when signed in on another xbox” when the option to not do this is freaking available. What the hell!
