I'm saving my REQ points

I’m saving REQ points until the new update, just to get the new stuff asap. Thing is, I’m worried my points will mysteriously vanish after the update. Anyone know if this is possible or am I worrying too much? I’ll probably have 50k points or more by that time.

Uh, no they won’t vanish and I would recommend not hoarding your points unless it isn’t your goal to unlock everything. Also, don’t read this in a condescending way I’m just trying to help ^.^

Thanks. Well I normally don’t hoard, and I’m already in the unlocking Rare certifications phase so I’m coming along well. I just want to get SPNKR asap (rare), instead of playing a few games to earn points and unlock.

That’s a good idea. I’d do it too, but I’m too impatient.

What I want to do is save 100k and then only spend points after that 100k. That way the next time 343i puts out a “limited time” REQ pack, I’ll be ready. :wink:

So, I have a theory that hasn’t really be addressed yet. With the limited time REQ pack that they released I noticed that the 4 unlocks it gives you were already visible under my collection weeks before they released this pack. This makes me think that these “Legendary Armors and Weapon skins” could be unlocked eventually through Gold packs.

With this being said the only reason to purchase the 10 dollar pack is to either support 343, or because you really like the skins and you want them now.

I got two because I’m a weak willed simpleton who wanted easy armor… and I was not disappointed. Finally got CIO which I was wanting
