So yeah, I’m really bad at Halo Wars 2, but I still find it really fun. Do you guys have any tips, tricks, videos, or anything else to help me with either everything or specific game modes?
It’s hard to give you advice, without knowing how you’re failing. All I can say is, scout your enemy often and build the appropriate counters. maximize your time and resources IE: instead of queuing up 10 units in 1 building, spread the resources around and build multiple things at once. and practice, you’ll get better.

You are saying that banished doesent have unique strategies as well?? What about all shipmaster’ abilities? They can basically do anything, that’s uniqueness to the max right there!!
But yeah. For OP, what other people said above obviously. Also if you play anything else but 1s get a teammate to coordinate stratagy with. Also I feel like if you can get a teammate (that is at least slightly better than you) you will become better in half the time, maybe even less. Teammates are OP after all

Why would Kinsano want Jackrabbits?
I bought the complete edition but I haven’t played it much because I suck at it. Its difficult to learn. The games always end up as my mishmash army just colliding with another army and I just kind of sit back and do leader abilities accordingly which I’m getting the hang of I guess.
I’m looking for a 3rd person to play halo wars 2 PC with usually we play evenings or after noon. We use teamspeak , discord or Skype. No experience required. Don’t care if you suck. We are still doing some custom games to practice for ranked games.

I think that one of the most important things is that you need to counter your opponent, most of the time my teammate through teamspeak will scout out the enemy base and see what they build, if they construct an airpad we make a few maybe 5 anti air vehicles, if garage we make a air pad make some hornets or some banshees. but if they construct wolverines from that garage we will have troops and a hero on standby to repel the attack, the main idea is that rock paper scissors is key to winning
ive played competitive on halo wars 1 xbox 360 years ago. came back to halo wars 2 preparing for ranked matches soon.
which leader do you prefer playing as? each leader has a unique way to use their abilities…
and I have reached my daily 5 posts appearantly lol, but yeah mostly I play as shipmaster 90% unless theres a challenge I want to complete - 9:49AM EST

That said, if you’re playing Banished I can probably give you more advice than if you were playing UNSC, I kind of exclusively play Banished.
I’m out of town and can’t play all week, but I’ll be back in on Sunday. As @BreezyStarfish1 said, I’d love to help you out if you add me and have a mic. Building a strong playerbase is the best thing for the game. 
I’m a high Onyx player, so I feel like I have enough gamesense where I could help you out a good bit.

Nope. All I can see that works is Marauder/Brute/Siphon Scarab/ Locust spams. With UNSC, I did an entire guide. Leader powers are another story.

forge, turtle, eco, rushingtech much, thats ur first problem, try rushing tech1 units, if your opponent survives gradually tech and upgrade from there, building according to his units of corse.
