"I'm ready! How 'bout you!?"

So, recently unlocked the WRATH set (Emile’s armor), and fell in love with the slightly adjusted design. Everything was fantastic, the textures were awesome, and it just looked tight. What I loved most about his armor was his Kukri knife, strapped onto his security shoulder. In a sense, that and the skull carved onto his EVA helmet were what made him iconic. I scanned through a bunch of my assassinations - and it hit me. Why doesn’t 343 make it usable? Actually, why don’t they incorporate knives into req packs? Most of you probably deem it useless, but just being able to use a machete or kukri is something I’d be willing to die for. 343 could also make a mythic assassination called ‘‘My blood for your blood’’ which is basically getting stabbed by the person you assassinate, but countering it soon after, elbowing the enemy spartan upside their head, and sticking your blade right beneath the jaw. For those who played Reach, you’d know this would be referencing Emile’s death by the hands of the Zealot. Make this happen 343, pls.i nied my kukoori b0ss

seems pretty awesome your idea for assesination, not only the graphic desing but the idea for a COUNTER assesination.

I’m pretty sure an assassination is supposed to be relatively subtle.
I don’t want to pull out a -Yoink!- Katana and decapitate someone rather than slicing their throat with a 4.5in tactical knife.
Also, this is just more garbage to take up peoples permanent unlocks.

A katana would be stupid, let alone outrageous. I’m talking about unique knives, like those you’d see in Battlefield 4.

You just referenced a machete, which is almost equally as redundant.
And if we only get blades for assassinations, that means there’s gonna be even more permanent unlocks for a factor in the game that’s completely pointless aside from the commendation. I can see it now. Someone opening a gold pack hoping for that Helljumper helmet, but guess what? It’s an ULTRA RARE BUTTERFLY KNIFE. Good thing he/she already disabled assassinations a while back to be more efficient!

It’s merely cosmetic, which would also lead to new and more unique assassinations.

But yes, you’re right.

Dude…I’d love to open up a butterfly knife in a pack.

But it’s for a 2 second animation.

Doesn’t matter to me. I enjoy knives IRL (Which sounds like something any dumb videogame kid says, but I promise, I’m different!), so it’d be interesting to see what knives I can get. I like the selectable knives in BF.

it would fit very well in the assassination ‘emiles regards’

One thing that I’d like to know about that assassination is: when does Emile actually do that assassination in the Reach campaign?

I’ve never seen him do it during gameplay or any of the cutscenes which he’s in.

But… but halo 3!.

I’d want an energy dagger for my assassination.
