By random, they probably meant that each weapon has certain spots it can spawn in, but it won’t be in the same spot twice in a row, which I love because it will stop people from camping those weapon spawns.
I still want static weapon spawn locations. I agree that they can’t possibly be completely random, the FF drop pods have the same locations every time. There will certainly be a way to predict the LZ of the weapon.
There’s no such thing as random…
People are going to figure it out, and learn how to abuse it; might as well just make the spawns static.

The only time you’ll ever see a person hanging around a power weapon spawn is when they know it will be up in >10 seconds. It’s a non-issue that doesn’t need “fixing.”

So, obviously you don’t play Halo for its gameplay.
I just don’t get why 343 is changing the game for people like you.

I camp Banshee and Sniper spawns all the time.
Even though it won’t be the same weapon every time, controlling those spots still gives people power weapons.
There’s got to be static spawns in the game. Warhorse is a indoor map in space. The only way weapons could spawn there is if the just spawn like normal. But if they randomly spawn any where without any indication like a pod, then things will get confusing.

Because they love people that don’t complain about everything. We’re their favorites
Think that some PW will be static in some way and some will completely random bringing some kind of luck into it and I’m fine with it, even if all PW are random I’m fine with it.
