I’m pretty content with the default control settings for Halo 4, don’t know what you guys are whining about. 
Yea, they seem alright I suppose.
I guess its fine. Im going to miss the crouch on the left stick though personally. I like how they switched grenades to the D-pad though.
Since I’ve played more FPSes in my life than just Halo, I’m perfectly comfortable with crouch on B
They are actually good for me. I have played CoD and I find the controls adequite.
…Halo’s controls are smoother though IMO
Listen up, I’m lazy as I always keep control schemes default.
That being said, action mapping would be so much better. We wouldn’t need different control schemes would we?
its a COD control scheme, of course all the kids are gonna be used to it. Thats all they play.
You probably started Halo with Reach or 3 then.

I would prefer default if sprint and crouch were switched.
eg. sprint= B, crouch= left thumbstick.

I’d prefer it if Spint and Crouch were switched, then Melee and Crouched(i.e. B to become Melee and RB to become sprint).

I think people are whining more about the bumper jumper control scheme… as its obviously quite messed up.
X for grenades… it doesn’t allow you to properly use a grenade in combat (like bouncing one off of a wall when you turn a corner).
I think the rest look fine, but I might have to switch to green thumb if bumper jumper remains unchanged. It is a CoD controller mapping style, but I guess that just makes it easier for people who play both games.

Nope, started playing when Halo CE came out. I was 12 then.

People have been raging on it, but they don’t realize it is the only viable setting for controls.

Yeah…sure, that’s what everyone says.
The only thing I’m worried about is that crouch is B Button. For players like me who don’t use the toggle crouch option, it is gonna be nearly impossible to aim while crouching.
