Long time Halo player here. I just reached BP lvl 100, it wasn’t hard, just a bit time consuming (use 1 double xp boost every reset and you get like 5 levels a day)
Ranked up to diamond 4 in crossplay playlist and now i feel like the game is missing so many things (once again)
While i’ve been playing for around 100h in multiplayer and 20+ in solo i’d say one thing : How is this game so empty? (yes we got like 4 playlists before holidays but it removed BTB at the same time (while still haveing BTB challenges … what?!)
- Where are my Stats?
- Why do i feel like i haven’t unlocked ANYTHING while having finished solo and multiplayer? (Maybe cause crosscore doesn’t exist)
- Where is my King of the hill / juggernaut / infection ?
- Where are multiplayers lobbies?
- Why do we not have a real progression system (With xp related to the game i just played)
- Why is the UI so bad? (can’t change my look while looking for a game, like … what?)
- What the f*** is this squad system? can’t ever play with the ppl i joined…
- Vehicules in BTB ? (put a tank (3min respawn) + 1 air vehicule (2min respawn) on each side of the map at the start and you add INSTANT FUN ! (waw)
There are many many other things to say but i don’t want to push it too hard.
(player collision, melee, desync, …)
Storywise it feels cheesy, Cortana and chief “love story” is so out of touch i cringed a lot but still ran campaign on heroic then speedran it in easy to get some achievements.
I really want to love this game (and i mostly do) but you should try to learn how a F2P system works.
It’s not an excuse to abuse players with prices that doesn’t make any sens, it’s a fine line between not f****** your players and not f****** your dev’s but it seems like 343/microsoft is f****** both and still trying to milk more money
