So I purchased the halo req bundle from gamestop and when I entered the code I didn’t receive the helmet or assassination. and still haven’t received anything even though its almost been 2 weeks.
Well, first of all, the Warzone req bundle doesn’t automatically unlock a helmet or assassination. The next thing is, have you already had the req pack bundle before?
I had a different one before and I know it doesn’t work immediately. But I haven’t gotten any from that one when I put the code for the second in.
Well the second one won’t give you anything. Only one req bundle is redeemable and usable per account. As for why you haven’t received any from your first one I don’t know. Warzone req packs are delivered on Mondays at the daily reset time. So if you redeemed it before this last Monday you will need to talk to support. Otherwise just wait until next Monday and you should receive the first 2 packs of the 14.
And as a side note. I believe most of 343 has taken the holidays off so you might not hear back from them till the new year.
I was actually talking to support today and they told me to post because they had no idea why it wasn’t working as well.
