my last clan i was part of (Alpha Military Fleet) wasnt that great as a good number of our ranking members fought alot with each other over respect and such. I was Second-In-Command and tried to deal with it all but failed as the fighting would continue even if they were seperated. i left that Clan knowing that 1 person was too power hungry for my likes and would ruin alot. So I want to start up one of my old clans from 2016 back up. United Starfleet Command. I dont want to be the main leader as i dont got the confidence to make the final decisions anymore, i rather someone else give the decisions. I take orders more often now so im looking for a person willing to lead the clan with me as Second-In-Command. i got a website going already with how the clan would be structured and run, the leader may make changes but i recommend those changes dont completely turn the clan into something else. I wont be listing myself as a member of the Command Council yet and if the leader decides may demote me all the way down to Captain if they really want that. I got 10 Years of Clan Experience and Captain is the lowest im willing to go. I dont like Bootcamps so this clan shouldnt have any, Training is done via matchmaking to keep Crew Members skills sharp. I do have more things i would like to add but the new leader will make the final decision on these. The person who decides to Command this clan i recommend having a minimum of 1+ Year of Clan Experience as i dont want a complete noob of clans to run it, also competence as a leader would be a good thing too. I do have a Recruiting Map but nothing else, the clan will need forgers right away. I am done rambling here, anyone here interested in the undertaking ill help you, please read the website before considering so you might know what things are organized as.

This is set up pretty well, but you should understand that even well-established clans are having diffuclty recruiting, considering that Halo 5 is an aging game and there are far fewer players, bu the number of clans has stayed roughly the same since the game’s release. This will make recruiting the bane of your life, and unless you’re willing to sink in a couple of hours each day you’re going to have trouble finding decent members and officers.
By all means, give your group a shot. But if it doesn’t pan out, you should consider joining Sierra Company.

Totally agree. Recruiting sucks now a days…i expected more Christmas but shockingly there weren’t many

Its been almost a month. Most of them have moved on to other stuff
once again, looking for someone willing to be the leader as the previous leader was 12 and we lost too many recruits to them leaving because of that.
