Ok when I first joined this my gamertag was ablegull or whatever but I changed my tag to pauldhess1986 but everytime I log in it still logs in as ablegull ? I can even see my profile if I search it as pauldhess1986 in waypoint but I can’t sign into it on way point only on my xbox ? I really want to join a company but I can’t as it sends them mesages under ablegull and not pauldhess1986 please help

Did you use the same e-mail address for both? and can you switch one or the other’s assigned e-mail address?
Sounds like you’re not using the right email address. Make sure you check your domain (outlook vs hotmail) and try again.
