Pretty sure this actually counts as Spam if you’re just posting for a waypoint rank.
Honestly you’re better off just contributing to a conversation within the forums and ranking up naturally.
It literally takes hundreds & thousands of posts to level up…

Not sure if appropriate to continue this topic, but I would like to add that imo new topic spam is a bit worse than in thread spam as well. For me this is because long threads are already a bit all over the place so spam is easy to gloss over, but bumping other more interesting threads off the forum lists is kind of a bummer that stops the discovery of those conversations in the first place.
you are right majority of us are here to get the banners and emblems and not for the conversations
In my opinion, it is easier to comment on existing threads than to create a new one just for this. One or two sentences are easy to come up with and might add something to the community.
