I'm INCREDIBLY confused, help needed please!

So i’ve been hearing a LOT of stuff lately about the Limited Edition, and all of it has been pretty bad news. saface :frowning:

but that’s not the point. i’m confused about something: the other 6 specializations i supposedly get early with the Limited Edition. What’s the deal with that?

I pre-ordered the Limited Edition in New York, US (North America). Will i get early access to the 6 specs under these qualifications?

Also, SECOND QUESTION, i’ve been hearing that if you pre-order from Gamestop that you get the 6 specs early REGARDLESS if you pre-ordered Limited Edition or not. Can someone clear this up please? Thanks :slight_smile:

PS: Side note to 343i, you guys are doing a real -Yoink- job of handling these "shenanigans " over the LE. Just sayin.

1 - Yes you will get the 6 specializations, but you can only unlock them one you hit level 50

2 - As far as I know, it’s only Gamestops in certain countries that are giving out the specializations to all pre-orders. Not sure which, though.

Yes you will get them, I am not sure about GS preorder, But you still need to hit the required Rank to get access to the specializations. But instead of only having wetworks and pathfinder available when you hit rank, you get the others to choose from.

please correct me if I am wrong on this.

I am in NY too and I didn’t get any info about specializations when I preorderd at GS, just the skin. But that was months ago.

and I wasnt defending it, i was just asking why you thought it was -Yoink-. You know its probably mostly the actual seller for whose to blame. Not necessarily 343. Could just he gamestop is limited and other stores are as well so theyre sneakily advertising stuff to get more “prophet” (joke from another topic) than their competitors. It could well be 343 fault too. I just dont get why its -Yoink-. I mean arent we buying the game for the game? Im not going to spend 95% of my time watching my armor. But it is important so i understand.
