Can’t connect to XBOX live, despite the fact I’m online. Some reason joining small list games?? Friends cannot join my current state cause - I’m said to be offline.
Anyone at 343 customer service care to explain this?
stop asking for 343, everyone is asking for 343 and you really think they will answer just you when the entire community knows the answer?
check that it’s set to XBL in the network section
otherwise it’s just a server problem on their end, it happened on launch day for most but now and then people get it again however it’s only temporary and nothing major
stop complaining
stop shouting
stop throwing your toys
and -Yoink!- man up and search for you own answers

Firstly noone needs to cater to you, you bought the game, and you pay for the experience. They dont owe you anything.
And to the other guy. People arnt going react well when you talk down to them. Try being respectful and not a little child.
In responce to your problem. I think that might be your NAT type stopping you. Try and port foward your Router…
