I'm having problems with Audio/Subtitles on HALO

Anyone having problems with HALO: MCC game with audio and subtitles on Xbox One X console and Xbox One- Halo 5 edition console?

When start I start playing HALO:MCC games sometimes starts with no audio, other times is just glitch sounds, and wnen playing campaing and Spartan Ops I don’t hear the characters and don’t see subtitles it only plays background music.

I just got my Halo:MCC new condition and the consoles new condition too. Other games and video apps they work fine with audio and subtitles. I don’t know why it keeps happening when I’m playing Halo: MCC. If anyone have a solution or ideas of how I can fix this, leave comments, or message me on this site or on xbox my gamertag is xArkSlade08x.

Have you checked the in-game settings for the audio and subtitles? Maybe they were disabled somehow.

that happened to me before. try hard resetting or logging out of your account. sometimes it just happens.
