Whenever I go into the multiplayer of Halo 4, I always do an awesome job getting kills and doing objectives. But something about my skill in halo 5 has drastically decreased. Maybe it’s from the new armor abilities or removing the special halo 4 loudout things that helped you out. (Or the shrunken down radar.)
Is it like this with anyone else? I even go back to halo reach and do amazing in the multiplayer. Whenever I go to halo 5, I feel like a noob.
I’d say the removal of loadouts and radar getting smaller. Don’t worry, I feel the same too.

Radar is perfect in my opinion, and I am very much glad loadouts are gone.
I have the same ‘issue’. Used to be a decent Halo 4 player, now playing halo 5 for a few weeks and feeling like a total noob.
It gets better though
May I suggest crafting a Halo 4 loadout that mimics the game play style of Halo 5: Guardians.
Primary Weapon: Battle Rifle
Secondary Weapon: Magnum
Grenade: Frag grenade
Armor Ability: Thruster Pack
Select the extra ammo and mobility packages or perks and give it a go.
This is gonna sound wierd but for me, the guns feel different and dont handle the same as 4
I’m the same way I don’t like the feel of this game at all and I have been a Halo fan since 1 have always been at the top putting up 50 kill games, but I can’t get the weapon handling down I miss slot of shots and In other games I’m a very accurate shot I want to play this game and enjoy it but it also doesn’t help when they are matching me Vs rank 160 players and I’m a rank 23. I guess for me hopefully bungee will make destiny 2 great which I believe is going to have the older slower ttk feel of halo 3 and 4
You couldn’t tell by my K/D but I do pretty well in Halo 4, especially on Flood and SWAT. I’ve played Halo 3 and Reach multiplayer and I found that I’m actually pretty bad in comparison. I’d have to say it’s not having loadout options that does it for me when I’m playing Team Slayer or BTB.
