Happened to me a few times. Makes no sense; and if I put on my tinfoil hat; it feels like it is more likely to happen if you hit ‘run’ button as soon as you’re able to on spawn.
In this case I didn’t move at all, literally pressed sprint and forward as soon as the zoom-in-the-head animation started. But yes, can sometimes shoot and turn around to ruin the intro as @FORBANDET said
