Every new Halo game I come here to hopefully learn some stuff relating to game. As usual the forums are overwhelmed with complaints about how this Halo is the worst one, just like when Reach came out and just like when Halo 4 came out and probably what will happen when H6 comes out. All the complaining can be boiled down to people thinking the game should suit their personal strengths. “Armor Lock is OP, DMR is OP, Promethean Vision is OP, grenades are OP, Pistol is OP, the aiming is OP, Master Chief’s shoes are OP, Halo (insert previous title) was perfect (meanwhile go check the forums for that game and find the same amounts of complaining).” <----there I just summed up the forums for everyone. Its sad because people have some good questions and never get a response because their posts get buried under nonsense. GG.
People are just upset because the weapon they like isn’t op anymore. Truly good players should be able to do well anyway which is why we consistently see the same people at the top.
Yeah I remember my hype for Reach and decided I would check out the bungie.net forums. They were so toxic around Reach’s release but then I realized that most of the complaints were people who felt they didn’t get catered too. Besides all the people enjoying the game are too busy playing.

Anyone worth a damn knows this is likely the best Halo multiplayer we’ve seen since 2 and 3.
people will always have complaints. I have a few. But overall they did a good job.
Agreed, tired of seeing people cry and complain. Just play the game and get better.

You can’t please all the people all the time. Unfortunately it seems there is a vocal minority that does nothing but post complaints. I think this has the classic Halo feel to it again. Good variety of weapons, none of the nonsense armor abilities, and a fast pace. I’m enjoying it.
What does the title have to do with the discussion.
It is funny that people who play a game as Spartans are having the hardest time to adjust and adapt to change. Unfortunately in this world of self entitlement and all about me people will always complain because a game or components of the game were not designed the way they wanted. Without taking into to account that the games is designed for a what the designers are hoping that a million other players will invest in as well. Most of these complaints are coming from people with no expertise or subject matter expert and really shouldn’t complain. Though we live in the world of self entitlement so we can all continue to expect to see messages boards filled with ill informed opinions that lack merit. Everyone has a right to an opinion. Most do not realize they also have an obligation to ensure it is an informed and educated opinion.
