im done with you Halo Waypoint. al this negativity… im done. i thought this was a good place. my friend just got suspended and i looked at the forum, he was only defending himself after the moderators did nothing at all… it makes me wonder… i promise to god he did nothing wrong just stating his opinion and he got flamed like no other… do your jobs moderators, some of you are really great, otheres just need to read the damn posts… as for the people, again, some are great some are -Yoinks!-…

That’s exactly what happened to me about a week ago on these forums. It seems the that there is a big “fanboy” bias on here. There was a griefer on this forum who kept on calling me an “idiot” and a “troll” because I made a post showing the similarities between Halo 4 and CoD. I, being flamed, responded with a message using the words “bigot” and “troll”. I got a 24 hour ban while nothing happened to him. Bigot is a bannable word but idiot isn’t? Seriously?

I’m sorry to hear that OP, tell your friend to message bs angel to see if she can get that problem resolved. As long as he didn’t break any of the forum rules he should be fine.

Here’s some tip, try to stay away from some of the forum boards, and avoid a few topics like “Halo vs COD” “Competitive vs Casual”, and a few others. The YoYo thread is full of okay people, and me.

Dude, you post any thing that even hints at COD, you’re going to get flamed. Also, yes there is a lot of fanboy here, why? Because this is a forum board for Halo, you got a star trek forum board, you’re going to have a lot of star trek fanboys there too, it’s one of those things you need to understand.

Agreed, if you or a friend have a problem with a ban, as long as you didn’t break any of the forum rules, you can get unbanned, I know a guy who had that happen to him, and he was perma banned for abit, but now he’s unbanned after going to BS Angel and trying to get things straightened out.
