Im going to keep this short and simple. The new update looks terrible and 343 is not giving the community what they want. I really hope they release a full game of halo 6 and have paid dlc cause this free dlc -Yoink- did not work out one bit.

Seriously? It’s not like it’s some magical, fantastical thing to have a GAME LAUNCH WITH THE AMOUNT OF MAPS AND GAMEMODES THAT PREVIOUS TITLES HAD. AT LAUNCH. Abracadabra.
I gave up on the dlc updates pretty early on, once I realized the qualty of free dlc was not quality at all. I want a whole game and paid quality dlc as well, Sir.

Define what a real map is? Cuz to me, a map is a map. Doesn’t matter if it’s made by a forger or 343, they’re still maps. The only difference is who made it.
They didn’t have to recreate the game modes and comtent… IT WAS ALREADY IN PREVIOUS TITLES. All they had to do was adjust the code for the new system. 80% is already in place. They wanted to push warzone… they also changed a BUNCH of things that no one asked to be changed (aiming).
Everything from Halo 4 should have been included in Halo 5 PLUS Warzone… they only had 4 years to make the game, -_-.
Let’s stop sugar coating the short falls of 343. This matchmaking/modes were implented by Bungie more than 12 years ago… it’s ridiculous why we are still talking about the lack of modes.

True. I should have said nonforged map. Forged maps dont feel real to me. The lighting and sound is always off.
Let me be blunt. This is 343i’s first game in 60FPS and on the Xbox One. They had a limited development time and the console was brand spanking new. So of course things are going to be missing at launch. I know, all of you will probably be annoyed and just drop the game and quit like most people will. But I’ve played Halo since CE and will not drop Halo on it’s head. I will continue to lurk in the shadows and be a part of the community no matter what… even if I hate Warzone and Warzone assault as well as most of the game modes currently available on Halo 5.
I was a Infection player myself but… I suppose I’ll continue to wait. Even so, infection will likely be a vastly different experience due to spartan charges ruining lives… if they get Infection I’d like the charges turned off for balancing purposes.
Now… enough rambling. (Goes back to life and reporting non-constructive posts).
