So I’m going to get a new battle rifle with a better Scope, I open tons of silver packs thinking the 2REQS will be perm unlocks, if available so why don’t I ever get perm unlocks?

You buying packs that’s good
You get loadout weapons unlocks in those and by permanent they mean it will be available in every game you play
You need to get your req level up in game to access this permanent unlock.
So it’s goes like
Lv 3 4 5 you can access the battles rifles you unlocked then at 6 starts the dmr
Compared to req cards that get the one time use
