I would agree with Month of Mythic making Warzone pay to win but honestly I only play halo 5. MCC is a broken mess. 3 is dead. Reach is meh, 4 is terrible. If I boycott halo 5 then what game will I play?
It is almost a year after a release, Gears and bigger titles are releasing… Boycotting Halo 5 now will do what exactly now? I see it to late to prove anything
People tried boycotting Halo 5 ever since the MCC fiasco. Clearly that didn’t go so well.
Same with a different game that was apparently boycotted that people should remember.

You do know that you can play arena which is completely separate from the req system. This post should renamed : Boycott Warzone, but Arena is still great.

This. Whatever you try to play in Halo 5, you’re not going to have fun. In Warzone, you’ve got the whole problem with the game being pay-to-win or otherwise playing against farmers. In Arena, everyone runs around like headless chickens, the most common cause of death being Spartan Charged in the back because the motion tracker range is too short… and Spartan Charge’s range is greater than that of the motion tracker’s 18m radius.
It’s difficult to have fun even in Warzone Firefight. The hordes of ridiculously accurate bullet-sponge enemies combined with long respawn timers means you’re liable to spend most of the game staring at the respawn screen. Not to mention the first 2 waves are mostly just driving around in a Scout Hog trying to splatter enemies to get your REQ level up just so you can play with your Halo 2 Battle Rifle, only to find out in the 3rd wave that you’re facing a boss that you can’t hope to defeat without the aid of a Scorpion or three…
I’ve been waiting for 343i to fix the various problems with this game since launch. Warzone Firefight gave me hope that things were about to change for the better, only that turned out to be a broken mess. Now… I’m done. I got kicked out of my Spartan Company the other day because I wasn’t playing enough, and I’m not begging them to let me back in. The grind for the Achilles helmet simply isn’t worth it if I’m not having any fun in this game. Hell, even Halo 4 is better than this pile of garbage. If nothing else, it was never pay-to-win, armor was unlocked through progression, and the maps didn’t suck.
That said, I’m going back to Halo: Reach. There’s still a lot of people playing it- almost 10,000 online at once every day- and it was the last Halo game made by Bungie. It’s the one game since Halo 3 that looks, sounds, plays, and feels like Halo. Thankfully I still have my Xbox 360 to play it, so I don’t have to worry about the issues plaguing backwards-compatibility.

Wish I still had my 360, I still get on Reach every now and then but the BTB explosions don’t hold up well.

Pretty sure warzone became a mess as soon as they introduced the Achilles set. Sorry but being mad that they are selling these packs for one month is a bit childish. If you don’t like it don;t play it and move on.

Well it’s a good thing fun is subjective then!
If you spent many hours, you should probably have some req points saved up…just saying…
Gotta agree with other people saying if you don’t want to deal with the reqs just stick with arena until you can build up your reqs for Warzone or can go in with a team.
Warzone is still fun, I personally haven’t noticed that much difference in the last couple mythic packs with weapon usage, it was the worst for me with the Prophet’s Bane pack but only for a couple days and still not enough to ruin the game experience by any stretch.
Some of you are so damn condescending it’s ridiculous,month of Mythic imo isn’t necessarily pay to win,but it’s definitely another cash grab by 343 who still hasn’t added core gametypes or other classic weapons,but of course they have time to get more money out of us
