I'm banned from arena while exploring forge modes!

This is absurd. I fully understood the rules and penalties for being idle and quitting mp games. I never quit a mp game nor leave my session idle because I never wanted to be banned from my game I paid for. This ban occurred after exploring a forge map and no other players were involed in this session.

343, you have wrongly banned me with some insulting message “the ban hammer strikes” and I am very upset.

343 the next time you make this type of mistake, I promise you that I will ban you from my wallet forever. How does that sound?

like I stated before I did not abandoned any games. if this list shows me leaving games, that is inaccurate information or could have been “failed to retrieve data” instead of “dnf” because most of those dnf sessions were 10 to 12 minutes long, why would anyone play that long to quit and loose all req rewards?
I believe I am educated enough to know if i abandoned too many mp sessions or not.

also like i stated before, the ban did not go into effect (false alarm), and some of you seem to be happy to hear about a ban without fully understanding that it was in fact, a glitch or bug in the system.
some of you think that i am some child that don’t understand these rules, you have me mistaken.
I repeat, I was not banned and i did not quit any mp sessions. and thanks to all for your non helpful responses, they were not needed.

note: it is also sad to see the position responders take in favor of a ban. and also to assume that I am lying about issues in a game. what is wrong with you people? why do I need to lie about this instance, on top of the fact that I informed later that is was soon back working? and while many of you have been wasting your time posting snarky responses earlier today, mocking me, I was playing halo mp.

now, for anyone interested in what actually happened: 1) i entered forge creator to explore maps from friends. once i left forge creator mode i received “ban hammer” message and ban flags were in mp but somehow disappeared and i was able to play again.

it is like you people are going around the forum hoping that someone gets banned, and in this case it was a false alarm, but you refuse to accept that.

There is a ban thread stuck to the top of the section. 4 out of your last 10 were DNF and not a custom among them.

Sigh You realize we can see your DNFs in your game history right? I’ve counted 3 in the first column alone.

did you two also see that i played 10 to 12 minutes, you automatically assume that i quit the game because you see DNF. 343, this is a major problem with this game because there is no support for bugs and glitches in this manner; only seems to be misguided judgmental condemnation based on your replies.
and… I informed in op that i fully understood the penalty system for halo Guardians mp. I never mentioned anything about custom games, I was in forge creator mode offline when i received the “ban hammer strikes” message.

tip for you: read entire op to avoid posting this useless redundancy. and just another reminder for you, I was not banned.

well, it would not be so amazing if you actually took these instances seriously, and at face-value. Proven I was not banned and the game must have self corrected the error.

I have participated in every halo game since halo 1 evolved. A friend at work introduced me to the game, we played coop destroying the covenant. that was far more fun than what these new games have to offer. this Guardians will absolutely be the last halo for me. 343, throughout the years you have forced us to play online multiplayer instead of local multiplayer although it is no fun to see players idle or quit early, 343, you should at least make new halo games a more pleasant experience for all players of all ages, because when i think of pleasant experience i think of halo 1 evolve then 2 and 3.

please excuse me for being a bit long winded but i’m limited to two post per day. it seem that today’s halo gamers are more concerned about req packs than game emersion. halo multiplayer opponents now seem to feel like ai (run forward dodge shoot, then rinse and repeat.) is this supposed to be really fun for someone who is 17+? no, not really imo. at least reach had firefight when you actually played agains waves of ai single player or coop. but new halo game want us to focus on req packs that btw im level 50+ and still have not obtained the fancy armor advertised in the latest updates, I get it, there is a marketplace available to purchase req pack bundles $$$ hmm. again this takes focus away from game emersion and redirects focus towards the req system.

The actual problem is how you people are so quick to judge based on this apparent game bug. Maybe I posted my original complaint in the wrong section, should there be a support section in this forum to avoid inconsiderate replies similar to these? It would have been a tragedy if someone was actually wrongly banned and got these type of answers from 343 support. The fragmented process to obtain support is why i will never spend another dime on buggy video games in this generation. to clarify, if you have a legitimate issue with this game, you have to listen to misguided rhetoric and insults from random posters instead of getting real answers from a qualified professional at 343 industries.
