Hello, my name is Sommer and I just bought an Xbox 1 to play Halo 5 with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago. I only play grifball right now because he says it’s the easiest first person shooter game to learn the basics of the controls. I’ve been banned a couple times for team killing but only for about 5 minute increments. However as of 2 days ago I got a 7 hour ban and I barely played! Then today I log on and I have another huge ban for NO REASON. Maybe I get a couple betrayals but my party never reports me and I wasn’t even playing before I got these HUGE bans. I’ve been on Xbox Tech Support three different times today for 5 hours. They told me the only way is through here but not before transferring me back and forth between a maze of other technicians of Microsoft Studios, Xbox, and even a 3rd party tech support company(which offered no help) who only kept me on the line to try and sell me their stuff. Any assistance from 343 would be extremely helpful. -Sommer
