So you have basically just admitted to creating a new account to bypass a Waypoint Forum ban? Yeah, you will probably get banned again.

Like a phoenix rising from ashes I assume? Not just is creating a new account to bypass a previous ban against the Waypoint Rules, so is calling out other members. Not to be rude, but these actions will have consequences to them but not from me. I am sure somebody (Either Mod or admin) will notice and ban your new Waypoint account, not to mention lock this thread and most likely ‘REDACTED’ what you have typed, so if it happens, don’t be surprised.
Edit: You have also openly admitted to intentionally creating an off-topic thread in the Halo 4 area of the forums, which I am also sure won’t be looked upon too lightly.
If it’s so important, you could pm Bravo and ask. He will probably say no, but it’s better than filling this place with your pointless babbling.
