First and foremost, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this if you are. I had been in a Halo 4 clan previously (won’t name specifically) and it ended up coming to an abrupt halt due to clashing of ego’s and poor leadership…really poor leadership. I decided to part ways for the better being of both sides. I’m now looking for another Halo 4 team/clan to run with because I sincerely hate playing with random people who lack coordination and team comradery. I’m 23, married, and have 20 month old twins so my playing time isn’t always consistent. The advantage is I work out of my own house so I am usually on sporadically during the day. My preferred time frame is anywhere after 8 pm to 2-4 am Eastern USA. I play support mostly but can adapt if needed. My K/D is 1.72 (32,000 - 18,000) and I play all gametypes although I usually lean towards CTF and TS. If you want to just play a couple of games and have fun or if you have a set and are looking for serious people then add my GT, JT IZ ME. That is why we are a group, and not a clan. That small difference implies the following points:

- We don’t require you to change anything at all. Your Gamertag can stay the same, your armor permutations and it’s paintjob are yours to pick and your four-character callout is all yours to decide. We have a group emblem, but this is entirely optional. Most members do enjoy using it though.
- We do not make newcomers go through some “boot camp” or entrance exam. We do not require you to come to some “basic training” every week. Show up for Game Nights whenever it suits you. We’re here to provide a good time.
- All we ask for is that you are friendly, show good sportsmanship and that you do not cheat and/or boost.

I suppose I should sort of clarify my overall intentions. Even though I have played on competitive teams in the past I’m not specifically looking for one. I mean if I find one that would be great, but I’m essentially just looking for people to play with. I suppose the way I wrote the initial thread seemed to throw out the more competitive idea. I just like to lay all my stats and such on the table at the get go because I find it easier.

Still looking for some people to tear it up with. Tried playing with one group for a few weeks but after having to go through 4 separate training/tryout sessions to have the “leaders” only consider me was absurd.
