Are you sure it wasn’t CTF and the guy was just the flag holder?

Most likely the game play came from CTF, as when a team mate picks up the flag, escort appears over their head so you know whete they are.
Its actually OddBall, the player with the waypoint looks like he is holding a football under his arm, in a similar way to the Reach pose. Also, the waypoint looks like the Oddball, not a flag as it is in CTF. Also, it says oddball down under the scores… xP

It is not CTF, look at the scoring. Most likely oddball.
It doesn’t look like the guy has a flag, but it’s kind of hard to tell. What do you guys think?

It would only be CTF if it was 1 flag, I don’t see haven as a 1 flag game map.
They would have most likely had 2 different waypoints one for defense one for offense, I’m going to go with it possibly being a vip variant.
